The Wig Laundry Club is a luxury monthly wig maintenance membership that provides cleaning, styling, and light repair services for your favorite wig units. Members receive VIP-level care, fast turnaround, and exclusive access to services and savings—without the stress of regular upkeep.
💳 How does billing work?
Your membership is billed monthly and renews automatically on the same day each month. For example, if you join on the 10th, your next charge will be on the 10th of the following month.
❌ Can I cancel or pause my membership?
Yes. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Simply log into your customer portal or contact our support team. Please note that cancellations take effect for the upcoming billing cycle.
🕒 Do unused wig services roll over?
No, services do not roll over. Each month includes a fixed number of wigs depending on your membership tier. We recommend sending your wigs in promptly to maximize your benefits.
📦 How do I drop off or send in my wigs?
For local members:
