All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
- Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to issue cash refunds once a sale is made.
- We allow exchanges for specific products as long as they meet the following prerequisites for exchanges
- That the product is still in its original packaging.
- That the original tags are still in place.
- That the product has not been tampered with or worn.
- That no processing has been done on the hair. This includes brushing, combing, picking, or cutting the hair.
- All items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, etc.
- Perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Defect Exchange Policy. According to the Federal law, you cannot return human hair products that have been used.
- You must make a return request within 5 calendar days from the date of purchase for your return to be eligible for exchanges. Any exchange request after 5 calendar days will not be honored.
- Once we receive your return request, it will take about 5-7 days for the return to be processed and approved for exchange.
- Refunds will be given in the form of e-gift cards for you to purchase a new product. Please note that we do not guarantee that the product you desire will still be in stock at the time of exchange.
- Once you ship back a product for return, ensure you keep your proof of postage as Kira Dior Hair & Company will not be responsible for any returns that get lost in transit.
- In case you're dissatisfied with a product, our customer care will be in touch to guide on the return process. If we find the product was defective at the time of being shipped, you will receive a return shipping label.
- If you return a product and Kira Dior Hair & CO does not find any defect, the product will be shipped back to you on the ground at customers expense with no exchanges.
- If the customer selects a higher value product in exchange, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
